Retros that close the loop with the tools you already use
A retro is only as useful as the actions that come out of it. Manthan pushes action items straight into your team's tracker — no copy-paste, no lost tasks, no drift between “what we said we'd do” and “what we're working on.”
Jira
Atlassian CloudPush retro action items as Jira issues
Connect your Atlassian Cloud workspace, pick a default project and issue type, and one-click export action items from any retro into Jira. Manthan handles OAuth, token refresh, and field mapping; your team works in Jira the same way they always have.
- OAuth 2.0 (3LO) — no API tokens or passwords stored
- Per-workspace default project + issue type
- Export single action items or bulk-export an entire retro
- Disconnect anytime from settings; tokens revoked instantly
Azure DevOps
MicrosoftPush retro action items as ADO work items
Connect your Azure DevOps organization, pick a project and work-item type, and turn retro outputs into tracked tasks for your sprint. Native OAuth flow, encrypted token storage, and clean disconnect.
- Azure DevOps OAuth flow — managed end-to-end
- Per-workspace default organization, project, and work-item type
- Export individual or bulk action items into your backlog
- Encrypted-at-rest token storage; revoke anytime
Connect once. Use everywhere.
One workspace admin connects the integration. Every retro in that workspace can then export action items, with no per-board setup.
Connect
Workspace admin authorizes Manthan via OAuth. Tokens are encrypted at rest and refreshed automatically.
Configure
Pick a default project and item type for the workspace. Members never need to think about it again.
Export
On any retro, click 'Export to Jira' or 'Export to ADO' on an action item — or bulk-export the whole sprint's worth.
How we handle your tokens
All integration tokens are encrypted at rest before being stored in our database. They are scoped to your workspace, used only to push action items you explicitly approve, and rotated automatically when the provider requires it. Disconnect from settings and the tokens are revoked immediately — both in our database and at the provider.
