Why “Manthan”?
The name comes from
deep reflection.
Manthan (मंथन) is a Sanskrit word meaning “churning of thoughts” — the process of deliberation and thoughtful dialogue.
We chose the name because real organizational change starts with honest reflection. When people feel safe to speak up, teams solve harder problems, leaders make better decisions, and cultures actually improve.
